Description
The objective of this research was to provide information to FRA on fundamental rights compliance during external border management and return and readmission concerning Belgium based on a review of recent publications such as reports, articles, statements and news items, as well as national case law.
This information was used in order to identify specific issues, procedures and locations/facilities where fundamental rights concerns and possible good practices arise in the context of external border management and return and readmission.
